Terms of Use

By using the Things application and services you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this application.

  • You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users of Things.

  • You may not use the Things service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Things application.

  • You must not modify, adapt or hack Things or modify another application so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Things.

  • You must not access Things's private API by any other means other than the Things application itself.

  • You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Things including but not limited to users’ posts and their contents.

  • You must not create or submit unwanted posts or chats to any published post ("Spam").

  • You must not use web URLs in your username.

  • You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

  • You must not, in the use of Things, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Things account. While MOTECH prohibits such conduct and content on its application, you understand and agree that MOTECH cannot be responsible for the content, goods, and services posted on Things application and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Things service at your own risk.

  • The terms are subject to the laws of the country in which the Things post is located.

  • We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. your continued use of this application will constitute your acknowledgement of the changes, and your agreement to abide by and be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

  • We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any user that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead other users.

  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
